The extra virgin olive oil ΟLEUM CRETE comes from the Messara Valley in southern Crete and is a Protected Destination of Origin product (Messara P.D.O.).
Our oil has been awarded with a Gold Award at the NYIOOC 2015 (The world's largest and most prestigious International Olive Oil Competition, which takes place each April in New York) and the Gold Award at the Terraolivo 2016 International Olive Oil Competition.
We are extremely proud of our product and its awards, proving that it is indeed one of the finest olive oils in the world. It has an intense fruity flavour and aroma and an acidity that does not exceed 0.3% of oleic acid per 100 grams.
Our oil is produced with the cold extraction method in our modern olive oil mill which fully complies with the international health and gastronomy standards.
